All of our work includes rental properties, and vacation rentals such as Airbnb and VRBO's.
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
Rental turn overs are $75.00 and include a full inspection of your rentals inner workings to make sure your tenants have a seamless transition in to their new home. Anything outside of the inspection for example, touch up paint, broken light fixture or faulty smoke detector will be replaced at the cost of the home owner. Anything that must be fixed or replaced over $250 will be reviewed and agreed upon by the owner first.

Landscaping fees will very by the size of the property, and will be estimated appropriately. Debris removal will be have an additional fee.

Our on-call membership is a monthly rate of $39.99, and $75.00/hr if we get called to your property or vacation rental. See our plans and pricing page to see what we can cover for you.

REPAIRS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR SCOPE
Repairs that are beyond our scope of practice like replacing a water heater, or replacing carpet will be bid out to multiple local business, and will be at the owners digression as how to move forward with the repairs.

What we do not cover
We do not place tenants, take security deposits or run background checks. Our sole focus is on keeping your property in good working order.
